Paired with nian gao coated with nuts and crispy yam. Nian gao wasn’t too sweet and soft, the nuts and crispy yam give it a nice crunch too!

Chilled avocado was a tad too sweet, had an artificial sugar taste though.

Chicken is wrapped with lotus leaf and whole lots of ingredient such as lotus seeds, shiitake mushroom, carrot, raddish and more abalone! 😂😂 Chicken meat is really tender and super soft! It very herbal-y and full of flavour
