Hai Wei Yuan B.B.Q (Chomp Chomp Food Centre)

Have heard that this stall sells the best bbq stingray at Chomp Chomp Food Centre and it was really good. The meat was tender and fresh, and could be pulled apart easily from its bones. The sambal chilli was not that spicy, and overall the stingray goes really well with the savoury chinchalok sauce.

Read many reviews that this is the best bbq stingray in chomp chomp. Decided to try this today.

Everyone's popular location to feast!! BBQ stingray, satay, chicken wings, hokkien mee, etc. ($10-15)

Have not been to this place for 8 years and nothing seems to change. I am not sure if this is a place for supper since most stalls are closed around 2am.

Had to order it with chili on the side because my dinner partner can't eat spicy food 🙄 Still scrumdiliyumcious though 😍
