It's hard not to compare this place against Thien Kee with the considerable overlap between both concepts. With a more central location in Chinatown Point, expect prices here to be slightly higher, though it comes with more comfort. Hotpot wise, there's the broth and ingredients were pretty simple.
The chicken rice on the other hand was super flavourful. Additional bonus points for the tasty homemade chilli and ginger sauces.
Spot on steamed Hainanese chicken texture and flavour. A little pricey, but definitely a must-order!
Deep pot and pricing is so so. Go for lunch specials . Typical hot pot taste.
