I usually order the 2 pax set, which is large enough to share among 3 of us. The star of the dish must be the beef rendang, which was so tender that the meat just fell off the bone. The dish also comes with chicken curry, achar, potato patty and fragrant rice. .

Im that type of person who enjoy Kampung dishes! You can feel the love/joy together with your friends or family to have this in 1 tray and eat together. Using hands to eat, is just so finger licking good!

Well, this is definitely not something on my radar when I do (rarely) dine out (these days). But this nasi ambeng set for four (that fed 7 adults) for dinner last evening was so delish and yummy that I wouldn't mind returning for seconds. A lovely communal-style dining that is perfect for dining with family :) #dinnerwithfamily

Honestly not an expert on kuehs but both were pretty good. Prefered the dark brown coconutty base to the glutinous rice one as it was slightly sweeter and not as dry

U get what u pay for i guess. If i had to guess i'd say this is pure mao shang wang puree on top and sandwiched in the middle. Between the chendol, red bean and slightly salty corn, this makes for an incredibly refreshing drink. Might get a little heavy due to the generous portion so do share ;)

Not sure if it's always this way but i think the heat is toned down during ramadan for the predominantly chinese clientele. So the ayam merah and the beef rendang were both on the sweet side. French beans were really crispy while the chicken was slightly dry, but saved by the great sauce. Beef rendang was slightly tough as well, but that realy depends on the piece of meat u get lol. Overall pretty decent and value for money(this plate costs less than 10) and the place is usually jam packed during lunch hours.
