Ordered something new to share besides the King's Chicken Hash Benedict (which we unanimously agreed is still the best), settling for this partly because it came with a side of sweet potato fries that I love, being crisp and fluffy.

The sandwich comprises of a mix of roasted vegetables, with guacamole. Not a bad dish but nothing particularly outstanding either, with the flavours being pretty mild. Comes with a side salad with truffle vinaigrette, but the dressing just tasted sourish without much truffle fragrance?😶

Carb overload here with the use of both rice and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were good though, crisp on the outside with a soft and fluffy interior. The Pork patty was tender and didn’t require much of a chew, and was rather bland on its own but was otherwise fine when consumed together with the generous drizzle of what seemed to be sweet teriyaki sauce. I particularly liked the onigiri which was slightly crisp on one side and had a slight nutty flavour due to the blend of japanese rice and quinoa.

Portion size was good, not too small nor too big. Felt that they could have been bolder on spice level, as the use of chilli oil was rather mild and failed to achieve much, tasted just like a normal tomato-based pasta dish.

The saltiness of smoked duck was balanced out by the tomato sauce which wasn’t too strong.
The fettucine while cooked till nicely al dente, had something off about it- didn’t taste like it was made in-house.

.
This features a blend of Plantation pineapple rum, pandan kaya, and honey.
.
This gives the beverage a rich, viscous texture, with a floral fruity sweet flavour.
.
Served on a plate dressed with more pandan kaya and rose petals, which perfume the immediate vicinity with an aromatic floral scent.
.
A delicious irony that I had this immediately following the movie.

Among the few non-spicy dishes here, served with sides of crunchy zesty sour pickled cucumbers, medium-cut fluffy soft sweet potato fries, and creamy mayonnaise dip.
.
The base features a pan-seared, crisp crunchy patty of Japanese white rice mixed with quinoa, having bold grainy earthy sweet flavour.
.
Topped with fresh crunchy vegetal sweet lettuce leaves, and a thick juicy tender minced pork sausage patty, which has a lovely satisfying bite, and bold meaty savoury sweet salty flavour.
.
Completed with a sunny side up egg, cut it to let the yolk coat the dish. Very happy with this.

.
On one side, there's a fresh, crisp mixed mesclun salad (lettuce, chard, frisée, spinach) with crunchy lotus root and firm melba toast bread, that has been dressed with Chinese Sichuan / Szechuan peppercorn spice.
.
This complements the natural vegetal sweet flavour with an earthy spicy touch.
.
On the other side, tender slices of smoked tuna fish tataki are laid over chilled grainy quinoa salsa.
.
The fresh meaty savoury smoky flavours of the tuna fish are complemented by the grainy sweet quinoa and its seasoning of spice.
.
A red chili oil vinaigrette is served as a dipping sauce on the side, this isn't as spicy or numbing as it looks.
.
A lovely appetizer.
