Crispy chicken cutlet topped with salted egg yolk sauce and sunny side-up egg
.
I opt for multigrain buns
.
Frankly speaking, the salted egg yolk sauce was grainy in texture and didn’t have much flavour. The saving grace was the sunny side-up egg; tasted super sweet and complimented the crispy chicken cutlet

Crispy chicken cutlet with sambal & cucumber julienne, onions and lettuce

I opt for multigrain buns

The sambal really packs a punch and I had a hard time chewing this burger down. Frankly speaking, the chicken cutlet is a bit letdown as some parts that are mainly skin and I prefer it to be marinated in some spices

Love my burger without the carbs. Hence the naked burger. Very yummelicious. Patty is cooked just right. Together with the salad it’s really tasty.

Went to Hans im Gluck and tried the Kase Beef Burger with a side of sweet potato fries!!🤤 I also ordered a lemon tea to quench my thirst hehe😇
Would say that the price is decent (about $25 after gst and service charge) but the ambience is a refreshing sight to see (very unique😍)!! The portions are also huge and very satisfying🤪

Overall ratings 8.5/10👍🏻💯

very yummy! the meat was great and so was the burger bun. soft and not dry at all

Aged Cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce & crispy fried onions in between sourdough buns.
Added an extra patty for $4. Patties were extra juicy today and vegetables were fresh.
Side chosen was traditional german white cabbage salad with potato dressing. Tasted similar to coleslaw but slightly on the sour and tangy side.
