The skin was soft and even tho the filling wasn't substantial, it works since the skin goes well w the flavourful soup. Really generous portion though as you can tell

I still think the shuijiaos are more satisfying nonetheless

The prawn broth is not very gao but quite flavourful. I like the pork ribs that are quite tender but I am hoping they are more generous with the prawn. Only 1 piece sliced into half..

I was wrong about them. It's not that it's always dry, they're just inconsistent. On some days they're really, really good. On others it's dry, and sometimes even the same bowl there are variations.

Not worth gambling I think, even though when it's good it's great

Unfortunately not everything here is good, the beef brisket is extremely overcooked, very dry

Average tasting but seriously overpriced. 2 meats, 1 egg, 1 otah and 1 veg costs 8.3nett

Ridiculous

The smaller dumplings were nice too but nowhere near as shiok as the huge shuijiaos. Char siew was passable

What stands out is their sauce. The black sauce is already unique, but the chili adds an underlying heat and a mild complexity of spice that simply works. Further, u can't really see the chili so it just tastes like the black sauce is ridiculously good

Must try
