Instead of large crabs and lobster, i decided to go for something humble and common which is this plate of homemade tofu($10)!

Indeed! It requires skills to create a plate of delicious and mouthwatering tofu from scratch! And i believe happy village restaurant have done well! This plate of tofu is indeed silky on the inside and crispy on the outside! With an innovative toppings of crispy seaweed which i assume as it was due to the hint of seaweed taste and pork floss, it creates a special and unique great taste to the tofu while being accompanied by a wonderful savoury sauce!

Many "Wow" factors enhance and boost this plate of tofu and transform this ordinary dish into something very delicious and innovative! Worth the try!
