A meal with incredible value, given the hefty portion! Built this bowl ($12, regular) with barley quinoa, which we enjoyed immensely. Definitely not the usual run of the mill grains! Paired it with tender pieces of Cajun chicken, flavoured delectably. Picked roasted pumpkin, cherry tomatoes and kimchi for my sides - loved the herb glaze, but found the kimchi rather unconventional with its use of beans and carrots. Topped of off with furikake and italian dressing!

Colour of this bowl ($12, regular) is rather pale, but it’s flavour did not disappoint! The barley quinoa base wowed us with its light, slightly salty marinade. The snapper (+$1) was fresh and sweet. The hummus was rather grainy and lacked the usual spices, but the mushrooms and onsen egg were great additions :-) topped it all off with furikake! The basil yoghurt, served on the side, was tangy and refreshing.

Regular sized grain bowls came with significantly big portions, value for money especially with bburpple 1-for-1 deal :>
We chose to customize our bowls - all the choices of proteins such as snapper, cajun chicken and pulled pork were deliciously marinated. Brussel sprouts and mushrooms are recommended as well!!

My first try, nice place.
Bowl came with lemon sauce, not bad.
Enjoyed the hot from oven salmon fillet with crispy lettuce

Petite bowl @ $9.00 (+$1.00 for baked snapper)

Baby spinach, whole egg, edamame and sunflower seeds. Clean, green and lean meal

Sous vide 🍋 chicken | Barley & Quinoa | Pumpkin | Charred corn | Furikake -$9.00 (Superfoods on superdeal with Burpple beyond)

For the petite bowl, you’re entitled to “1/2 protein”. However, as pictured, the amount of protein is actually pretty generous. I particularly love the barley+quinoa mix (there’s choice of lettuce too but no, for the same price, of course the more ‘atas’ and way more nutritious quinoa takes priority!) - especially when topped with furikake! The furikake added savouriness to the otherwise bland barley and quinoa mix. I love the crunchiness of the quinoa too! As for the roast pumpkin and charred corn - there were no distinct ‘roast’ or ‘charred’ fragrance to the ingredients but no complaints, since it’s supposed to be a “clean” meal after all.
