Delicious Melon Custard Bun! Don't get fooled by the name, this treat here doesn't contain any melon. Instead, what it actually is, is a bread coated with a crisp kind of "cookie" on the outside. Very pleasant, and it really melts in your mouth. The custard filling inside was not sweet, which balances well against the crust of the bun which is moderately sweet. It's perfect for a small dessert after your meal.

Doesn't contain too many calories as well, roughly 250kcal. It's costs $3++, don't remember the exact price unfortunately😅. Something you should definitely try, quite a high quality dessert from Japan.

Was gifted with 2 boxes of these. Can get them tru deliveroo. That's a surprise. Soft bun with not so sweet cream filling. We had Azumi, match a, fresh cream and chocolate.

Definitely a really nice soft cream from Hattendo Cafe. It filled with lots of matcha inside.

$2.70 is a bit pricey for the quantity. Tastes alright. Bun is average while the custard is light and airy. Sweetness is just right. Recommended to try if you’re in the area.

Bun is so soft, great combination with the cold matcha whipped cream 😋

Red Bean Cream Bun ($2.70) For taste otherwise, I felt its quite light, soft texture for cream and filled auzki red bean inside the cream bun. Its famous for the different unique and limited editions flavour of cream buns.
