Sliced fish with cabbage and lala fried with bee hoon full of wok hei smokiness and seafood broth. He Le is one of the must try stalls at bukit timah hawker centre.

For $6 cant really complain much with its generous portion and 3 medium sized prawns. Possibly not the freshest seafood ? (But also maybe cuz it was the end of the day around 8.30 and he was supposed to be closed on that day) but overall ok lah. Chilli was good with a slight kick but more on the citrusy side but the spice kicks in and they sort of complemet each other ? Had a good amount of clams but once again i question the freshness. Soup was tasty enough although not as tasty as other places but overall decent. Would i travel here just o have it ? No . Would i eat it again if i am in the area ? Not really unless i really want to eat white seafood bee hoon.

The taste of the soup impress me! It’s yummy! And the sliced fish and lala is fresh! Topped with a generous amount of fried lard 🀀🀀
For those who frequent this hawker centre, must be pretty familiar with this stall.
The lala sliced fish white bee hoon ($5 / $8 / $12)

Thick sliced fish few slices, la la clams is handful in white bee hoon savoury soup. $5 each.
Bee Hoon was slightly burnt for the unique smoky flavour.
Fried garlic and bits of lard really adds the kick in it.
Same stall but changes name to He Le seafood white bee hoon.
Close on Mondays.

It's a big surprise when they put such a big bowl in front of us! There are plenty of fresh seafood ( includes crayfish, big prawn, sotong and la-la) with fried rice vermicelli! We definitely will come back again! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

White beehoon is seriously all the craze now. Hearty fishbone broth, wok hei fried beehoon, and generous portion of fresh fish slices and of course lala (which were clean out well, no a single grainy but). Fried garlic and fried lard, seal the taste. Great for people within the area, bear in mind about the queue that loads through the night. But the queue go by quite fast. The dish, while looked and smell marvellous, somehow lack something. And I can't quite place what it is. I could be in sufficient ophmm that I had before in a certain restaurant.
