$17 for this set lunch with a hot tea! The dipping sauce is slightly sweet and goes well with the handmade soba. An enjoyable and healthy meal. Definitely will come back again!

Humble shop situated within One Raffles Place serving delicious and authentic japanese soba. My go-to is the hot kitsune soba ($12) and the cold daikon soba ($12). Hits the spot every time and definitely one of my favourite noodle place!!
(Portion is just right for small-regular eater but I wish there could be never ending soba noodle)

This was meh. The brown rice served was not the white Japanese kind and wasn’t sticky and plump, think it’s because they are trying to be healthy. The chicken was like food court standard, and the dish was quite saucy because of the egg but not in a particularly tasty way. Would say that this was edible and healthy but if I were to have healthy food there are much better options in cbd.

Handmade soba check, healthy wholesome broth check, sincere store owners check. Love this place, and deserve more fanfare.

Third time back and my favourite goes to the cold daikon soba, with the grated radish and grilled beancurd skin giving it a refreshing oomph. ($12)

The bakkuteh soba was also a unique singaporean twist. 👍 ($14). Plump slices of smoked duck ($3) and egg ($1) add ons complete our meal too.

Thank you for this wonderful meal

Broth was clean tasting, and I liked that the taupok was lightly toasted. The soba was not bad, but not super outstanding. It’s a decent healthy lunchtime option, but a little pricey (given that it was average tasting) without burpple’s 1-4-1 deal.

Despite being its namesake, the choices of soba available under burpple Beyond is painfully limited, to the point that we decided not to use it. The mori soba ($9) is a simple meal. The noodles were firm and complemented by the dipping sauce.
