Croq Ferdinand, duck foie gras torchon, smoked salmon and roquette salad. Why does this fall under the must noms? The croq ferdinand is to die for. It is comfort food at its best. Hearty and filling! Good change for brunch :)

Breakfast set at Hediard. Good, loved the jams they provided paired together with the croissant.
Well done. The balsamic vinegar and olive tapenade were a nice addition
