It's a nice quiet cafe, but it kind of stops there. The food was mediocre at best.. I had the chicken leg while my friend had the pasta.. the pasta was a nightmare, bland and soggy.. coffee sounded interesting, but I got a bit worried when I saw my orange juice coffee..

Back here again for the 2nd time!!:D pictured is the iced Rose Latte ($5.50~) and iced Earl Grey Latte ($5.50):) had their beetroot pancakes again which was so gooooodddd and tried the specials, which was duck confit with aligot. I preferred the chicken thigh with aligot personally though haha. Would love to go back again and try the furikado toast!:)

The ambience was really nice for a catch up; Super chill and aesthetic! A shoutout to the cafe staff for getting me the water tho it’s supposed to be self service when I was held up in a convo!! Pretty nice mains and drinks!!

I tried this place due to it being on Burpple Beyond. Frankly the food is pretty standard but taste homecooked in a way. Like my mum can make it you know. We tried the chicken, duck confit, beetroot pancake and breakfast set. Probably if you live around the area, it is a good place to drop by with your friends. But I wouldn't travel all the way for it

Seasoning for the chicken was uneven, making it slightly saltier on some parts. The tenderness of the chicken made up for that and it was really good overall. The wine taste is prominent but not overpowering.

The mashed potatoes were a bit too rubbery, but ok taste-wise. The peas are just normal cooked peas.

I chose the pork sausage, which turned out really delicious, it tasted a bit like xiao long bao!

The combination of sweet and savory for this dish made it work. Although it was strange to eat bacon and ice cream together, the slightly sweet pancakes made it work.

The food was all warm when it was brought out, and the staff were friendly and patient!
