Excellent crab meat maki

Crunchy

Spicy

Delicious.

My favourite vegetarian food ever.

Must-try! Herbivore offers a wide range of Japanese Vegetarian food that even suits the palate of a non-vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised by the non-dairy options available (for vegans), for lactose intolerant people like myself, it's a rare sight to see (but I don't completely opt out of consuming dairy to begin with 🤪).

I ordered the goma ramen set that came with gyoza. The broth and noodles were so good!! From my experience in eating ramen, broths can be really salty, but this was just perfect, wasn't too thick or salty. The noodles were smooth and the serving was just right.

Herbivore is a MUST try, even if you’re not a vegetarian/vegan! We were super blown away by their food and how flavourful each dish was (and how similar they were to their meat counterparts). Vegetarian Japanese food? Never thought that it was possible for them to replicate the sushi dishes but they did it so so well :)

We tried the cheese and unagi maki! Super shiok and satisfying. They added crunch to improve the texture and mouthfeel, and the flavours were on point. We also ordered several soba and udon for sharing – didn’t disappoint! Especially the curry udon.

Good solid dish to start the meal here.

Ordered 1 bowl to share, just to prep ourselves for the main course later.

Ramen as appetiser.

Udon was great, nothing could go wrong with the tofu. The gyoza is filled with mushroom. The tuna made with konjac apparently. I didn't taste that. Overall OK but not cheap. Paid $300 plus for 9 pax.

I really love this. And I very seldom love vegetarian food.

I was really surprised by this dish, I never thought it would taste so good.

Especially since I was dreading having vegetarian tgt with the wife.

It was crispy and it was so flavorful

👍👍
