Technically those are crawfish. But wow the crawfish and garlic were endless. A treat but slightly overpowering.
Simple but good. A bit small though.

I just found out they're opened by the Haidilao group. At least this means they're unlikely to die, because I like them. This is a more premium dish. I also chose the new type of noodle, which was thicker and had good bite. But this dish was too spicy and oily. The numbing pepper was everywhere. Stupid egg too.
Let's get it out of the way - I'm impressed by this chain. Excellent la mian that's hardly stingy. Freshest fish. I also enjoyed the condiments kiosk a la hotpot. If anything, the pickled vegetable was a little muted. A meal here also gets you free soft serve or cotton candy.
