Humbly stellar. This was on the drier side, but I'm pretty sure it's not meant to be eaten like this directly (probably cooked in some way)nonetheles I'm too lazy and this was good enough in itself

The sweetness was very balanced, and most importantly you can really taste the yam. It's the opposite of those sweet goo with no taste of any kind. There's also small bits of yam mixed in.

I asked them how long it keeps for because it doesn't seem like one person can finish this in one sitting. They said it's really good so thats definitely possible, one of their staff even has 2 in a day. They didn't lie.

Usually sardine tastes horrible but this tomato sardine Kueh is actually edible. Doesn't sound like a compliment but damn the execution is unbelievable. The balance of tomato and sardine was on point. It's worth a try simply because it's hard to believe sardines in tomato sauce are otherwise edible >

Not bad at all, there's a thick sweet fine-grained sauce which is kinda reminiscent of satay sauce. Delicious on its own

Filled with carrots and a bit of hae bee, not much sauce. It's passable, no idea why it's named differently from the pork one when it uses the exact same kind of scallion

Cabbage Kueh was not bad, but the sambal was the stunner. It's sweet and mild but packs a punch at the same time. Doesn't seem to make sense but that's how it rolls

This was okay only, at least it's not too sweet I guess
