Cabbage Kueh was not bad, but the sambal was the stunner. It's sweet and mild but packs a punch at the same time. Doesn't seem to make sense but that's how it rolls

Rlly liked this, coated w a mild umami sauce that goes so well with the crunchy bamboo shoots, with the bamboo shoots still having a very prominent earthiness. Skin was thick and chewy, and the chili was fragrant but not too spicy
