Interesting homemade lo mai gai. The glutinous rice tasted like chicken rice. But the meat had a lot of rubbery bits.
Despite a very dry exterior, a pool of oil was locked inside. It was quite disgusting.
Dry and bland. I was excited this could be a good bakery.
Slightly different spices than most
it's decent
Plum marinated, but much much much sharper than anything I've tried. It's more sour but not overly so, curious where that sharpness comes from.
It's not exceptional, the first one stunned me abit when it hit the back of my throat but curiously I can't stop myself from eating piece after piece
They said some 3 syllable word starting w l, but rlly it's basically your sambal. Sweet and spicy and it's the same kind as your normal hokkien mee sambal
