It comes with an abundance of seafood ingredients, including tamago, amaebi, salmon and kami, all lightly grilled and well flavoured. This is of course a new, hipster kind of Ramen, so this combination is pretty unusual. I am no Ramen expert, but the noodles tasted more like Korean Ramen then Japanese Ramen. Overall, it's an alternative combination but makes for an interesting meal. Give this a shot but don't expect something out of an Ippudo menu.

This little hidden gem has some truly delightful fusion bowls, where you can get purple rice as a base!

My go-to is the Tofu Delight ($8.90) with hot purple rice. The tofus are always perfectly cooked - think agedashi tofu at your favourite Japanese restaurant, soft and lightly fried, with just the right amount of sauce. The purple rice here is amazingly tasty, seasoned with sesame seeds and furikake. All the bowls are cooked on the spot, which counts for all the freshness you taste. I like adding an Onsen egg (+$0.50) as well, cos they are done the proper way Onsen eggs should be.

This actually makes the cut for one of the better poke bowls out there. Although I opted for salad, the marinated salmon, jellyfish, and furikake seasoning were sufficiently briny to make this a flavourful meal. Not forgetting the onsen egg and sesame dressing that bring everything together into a creamy mess of goodness. Just a little unfortunate that the mango cubes given were still unripe, otherwise they'd have added a nice touch of sweetness.
