😋 Crayfish Prawn Hor Fun in Chinatown. You get big prawns and 1 crayfish. The hor fun was smooth and the sauce flavouful.

S$10 for this dish because of the crayfish. If you just want the prawn hor fun its S$6, but most people get the crayfish option. Recommend👍.

I've been to this curry chicken noodles stall many times, and they have outlets in other parts of Singapore besides their first outlet on the second floor of Hong Lim food center.
Comparing the three curry chicken noodles - Heng Kee (1st floor of Hong Lim), Ah Heng (second floor of Hong Lim), and Hock Hai (Bedok Interchange Food Center), this one has the most savory curry sauce, best chilli that's smoky and savoury yet not too spicy, and the best tau pok that was firm but spongy.
The hainanese white chicken was moist and tender, and completely deboned so that you can easily eat all its flesh with the fragrant curry gravy. Soak the tau pok with the curry, but eat the chilli on it own to enjoy its smokiness (and I find adding chilli to the curry made it too salty for it).

- Juices & Blends

Found this new stall inside Hong Lim Complex which selling chicken, fish and tempura with salted egg sauce. For $5 and above, each plate comes with a fried egg, achar and rice.

All the ingredients have prepared beforehand, so they don’t prepare your food on the spot. That’s why it was a bit cold, would be nicer if everything was warm. The chicken was generous in portion and juicy, mixed well with their salted egg sauce.

Only you dessert stall

( next to the “out-famous “ ji ji Wanton Mee 😂.. )

The only stall that I would get my Orh nee.

Definitely not as luxurious and sinful as the ones at Teochew restaurants which “ lard-Ify “ their Orh nee.

This one is smooth , “yammy “ and not oily 😊 .

The way I like it .

Thick biscuit tart base with Lao-Ban like custard that tasted hardly like egg custard. Cheap thrills?
