This is the only fishballs and meatballs noodle stall here in Bukit Merah view food centre and it’s good. All balls are handmade. Fishballs are crunchy to the nite and the meatballs are well marinated with bits of dry fish used. The noodles are well cooked and chilli sauces well mixed. Can have small bowl of $3 and still get meatballs. Yummy.

NOT FRESH! I have never eaten a fishball that tasted so fishy before. I approached the china lady who was the cook, told her about it and she said there are no good fish during end of year so they (or their supplier, I'm not sure), mix other fishes into the fishball paste. Told her to try the fishball in their pot for herself, she refused, claiming that she had already eaten in the morning. If your Chef doesn't even dare to eat the food they are serving to customers, it means that something must be wrong with the quality of ingredients or preparation. With the rise in number of food poisoning cases, avoid this place at all costs. There are many better stalls nearby.

Super bad experience eating at this stall. My first and last at this place. Ordered noodle fry And first mouth is sour. tried the stall at Hong Lim and all other fish ball noodle stall, it’s definitely taste of Spoiled food and not the vinegar. I even ask my husband to try and verify that it’s not my taste bud.
the worst experience came, decided to bring my noodle back and let them know, after I explain to them the sourness is the noodles, the 2 China woman running the stall reply that vinegar is of course sour, told them it’s definitely not the sourness from vinegar. Waited till the customer left, told them could it be your chilli as it’s definitely it edible. TO MY HORROR, the 2 China woman laughed! Gave Me a look as if I’m ignorant and dumb! They does not show any sign of guilitiness nor remorseful even show the look of so what and ignore me totally!

All, avoid this at all cost! Bad bad bad

This stall is started by the father of the other stall in Hong Lim Food Centre. They used the same handmade fishballs and meatballs which are firm in texture and tasty too. The noodles are well mixed with vinegar and sauces which give it a tinge of acidity in the mee. The standard of the balls and noodles are definitely worth more than the pricing of $2.50/$3/$4. Yummy yummy yum yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 April 2
