Went to Hoshino Coffee recently and ordered the Hoshino Spaghetti with Eggplant, Shimeji and Sausage ($14.50 before gst), and also a Hokkaido Oyster & White Cheese Cream Omu Rice ($18.80 before gst)😇

Food is good and would travel back to try other items on the menu!! Overall ratings 8/10🥰

Perhaps one of their signature mains is the Hoshino Spaghetti ($14.50), a fusion of Japanese pasta that has eggplant, bacon, Shimeji mushroom and sausage in it. This is nothing mind-blowing but comfort food on a plate, something that I will order again for a simple and fuss-free meal at Hoshino. Another one of their newer dishes is the beef steak with carbonara which is a great option if you want something creamy and meaty. Round off your meal with their pot-baked souffle that is almost cloud-like texture due to the combination of beaten egg whites with the smooth and rich custard.

Carbonara ($16.80)

Some people only like their carbonara without cream, and some people like their carbonara watery. I like both styles, as long as the sauce is sufficiently thick! |

The carbonara here is quite watery but very satisfying after you mix the onsen egg around and... Dump around 500g of parmesan into the sauce 😂 I do get a craving for it from time to time though... |

I know this place is known for its desserts like Japanese pancakes and parfaits, but I like to have a full meal here from time to time. Their desserts are, of course, pretty on point too. | ®️: 7/10

$8.80 // interesting concept from hoshino coffee’s seasonal menu!! it’s basically a dark chocolate chiffon cake that is sliced open halfway so it’s in the shape of a book, and it’s filled with chantilly cream, nama chocolate and chocolate crunch (which i didn’t get to taste because i dropped it 😕😕). they also give you a small canister of valrohna chocolate sauce to drizzle over the cake. the cake itself was a bit dry but the dark chocolate taste was rich (and not artificial at all), but when eaten together with the other components, it makes for a fairly solid chocolate cake (enough to satisfy your cravings without you feeling unfulfilled).
overall, it was good and worth trying but i still feel that hoshino has other better signature desserts!!

Double soufflé pancake topped with a dollop of cream and maple syrup! Fluffy and so good!

What's for lunch today? ☀️ Hoshino coffee's pasta. Personally, I will never patronise @hoshinocoffeesg unless whoever I'm dining with wants to go because of the long queue, long wait for food and expensive food that lacks quality. 💁‍♀️
