A collaboration project at Bangkok since Dec 2018 with Amber Coffee Brewery, Hong Kong, started by Barista Dawn Chan, two-time winner of the Hong Kong Barista Championship, who also secured fourth place in the World Barista Championship.

Featuring Dawn Chan’s signature creation, Amber, an off-menu drink with a combination of Ethiopia Geisha espresso, fermented pineapple juice, beer hops and earl grey aroma. First you have to pour the earl grey tea into a bottle of dry ice to release an overflowing of earl grey aroma to pour over the drink. You will get a nice lovely aromatic profile before a sip of the smooth and balanced flavor of the drink. Do take note that you are not supposed to pour the liquid into the coffee, or else you’ll just get a pool of dry ice water mixed with the drink.
