Impossibly soft and chewy muah chee tossed in a mixture of ground peanuts, black sesame and sugar. I appreciated that it was not too sweet as well!

It's been some time since I last ate Muah Chee cuz this might not be the healthiest snack around. 🐷🐷🐷 However, I was in the vicinity of my favourite stall & I just could leave without getting some of this goodness! πŸ˜‰
Their muah chee is really pretty impressive! ❀❀❀ The glutinous flour was really soft & stretchy & most importantly, not overly sticky! πŸ‘πŸ» The scallion oil used adds an irresistible fragrance! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Coated generously with aromatic crushed peanut & sesame mix, this was indeed HEAVENLY! πŸ’―
Retailing at $3.50 for a small pack & $5.50 for large, this is undoubtedly quite pricey for a snack but it's something i'm willing to splurge on once in a while. βœ” Nostalgic snack! 🀀

Famous for their Muah Chee (local snack made with glutinous rice) as guaranteed by Makansutra prizes. We prefer peanut coated as it is more fragrant, crunchy texture & less sweet) πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜Š

This famous peanut & black sesame muah chee always has a line cause the Uncle makes each portion on the spot.
No video photography was allowed tho. This was medium $3.50 and they weren’t very sweet. Some places are sweeter as they add more sugar. The secret to the greatness of muah chee lies in the yummy shallot oil they dipped it in. Have you tried this?

There was a queue for this but worth it!! The nuts and sesame taste really fresh and fragrant. I love how the uncle makes every one on the spot, by order (which is why there's a queue).
