My favourite is the BBQ squid ($12 for small). It is not as spicy as the stingray but it is very garlicky and fragrant. The squid is well cooked and there is no rubberiness at all - love this (regretted ordering the small portion lol)!
The BBQ stingray ($20 for large) is soft, juicy and the sambal is fiery🔥 - pretty shiok with a squirt of lime juice and cincalok (fermented small shrimp with onion). We ended up scrapping the stingray clean!
Portion is big for $12.
Stingray soft and fresh. Some parts of the skin is slightly crisp.
Sambal is sweet and spicy. Very generous amount, so no need worry sambal not enough.
