Never thought it can be so simple to make a burger at home! Try it for yourself!πŸ˜‰ I can't wait to explore more of the recipes featured in the cookbook! Most of them are really simple and easy to follow!πŸ‘

You don't have to be a Teochew to be at Singapore's first Teochew Festival. I had a fun filled day at the event learning more about Teochew's culture. Of course, at anywhere, the best part is always the food. 😁 We were lucky to try so many authentic Teochew food (some even flew in directly from Shantou!) Other than the Teochew food street, be sure to checkout the snacks area as well! One that you can't miss is Thye Moh Chan. If you're a durian or yam fan, the 老字号has brilliantly created a durian and yam tau sar piah respectively! Yum yum! No Monday blues with these treats. πŸ˜‹

You can find yourself some freshest prawns, lobster, scallops, clams, squids and mussels over a bed of homemade white beans. Toasted bread at the side to sweep up the nicely cooked crab meat and tomatoey bean sauce. Yums!πŸ˜‹ Full review of JBM Coffee & Dining on the blog now! πŸ˜‰
