One of the best wanton mee I've had!

This is my go-to place if I wanted good and affordable char siew. I spontaneously ordered the char siew wanton mee and it was surprisingly good!

What I like best is actually the noodles itself. The noodles' texture is incredibly springy yet easy to chew and the dark soya sauce just adds so much flavour to them. It comes with soup which I like to pour onto my noodles from time to time.

If you were to look closely, you can see the layers of the char siew, having a fair distribution of lean meat and fatty meat, and together with the charred exterior, it made for quite a succulent and juicy explosion in ma mouth ^^

With that said, get the char siew here and don't waste time with the rest.

Heartiness (portion): 3/5
Tastiness (product): 3/5
Worthiness (price): 2/5

One of the better roast meats around!

Hua Fong Kee Roasted Ducks offers succulent and tender meats. The duck is juicy yet the skin is crispy and the sauce is divine with the rice. Also, it would be a sin not to eat with their chili which definitely takes things up a notch.
