Decent steak, great sides (opt for the potato instead of the fries, comes with bacon!)
Huber's Bistro's charcuterie plates are full of meaty goodness to share with good friends.
Consists of Prosciutto Di Parma, San Daniele, Culatello, Salami & Mortadella served with side of bread.
Lovely Medium Rare Steak paired with Huber's Cafe de Paris Butter as a sauce, and side of Potato Tartiflette (Traditional dish from the Alps, made with potatoes, onions & bacon, topped with gruyere cheese)
Berliner Curry Wurst, 10++. This is all about the sweet curry sauce, complements the smooth pork sausage and accompanies the crispy fries perfectly. Decent value and worth the calories :)
Located at the back of the Huber's butchery, small bistro area serving up excellent swiss-german dishes. Price was not too heavy on the wallet too. Meat was so soft, aged steak was perfectly grilled and the sausages were delicious. If you like beer, this place serves some on tap too.
Meatloaf with sunny side up, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Angmoh’s version of our luncheon meat with egg 😂
We also ordered a currywurst, beef sandwich, sausage in onion sauce with spätzli, sliced veal in mushroom cream sauce with spätzli, carrot cake and prune with ice cream for desserts.
Total bill case up to $110 including a cup of cappuccino and apple spritz drink. Really a good and relatively inexpensive meal imo.
