Curry wurst with fries and a veal sausage with spätzle. An Apple spritz and a herring salad completes our lunch for two.

Total bill slightly less than $50. Very good price point given it’s address!

Two slices of grilled pork chop topped with marinated beetroot. Pork chop was tender and juicy, not tough as i thought. The marinated beetroot was out of my expectation, i didn’t expect tha taste to be sourish which kind of cut the greasiness of the pork chop and refresh my palate.

Aged for 4 months, the way the Wagyu Bresaola melted in my mouth and how its concentrated flavours spread, was incredible. The mashed potato was airy with a mousse-like texture, which paired really well with the buttery bresaola.

Tried Huber lamb chop this time round and i would say they are pretty much quite a meat specialty shop! Ordered medium and it was really well cooked! Opt out from fries and change it to sauerkraut.

New on their brunch menu and decide to take the chance to try! Meat was on the slightly tough side but the skin was crispy n portion was so huge. It comes with a interesting side of bread pudding which is only mixture of bread dough and milk.

Perennial favourite dish. The meatloaf with mashed greens and fried egg. Simple yet delicious! Goes well with mustard.
