Have always loved the Hokkaido Milk Gelato here, being so rich and milky, but always been a tad too sweet for my liking. Now, they make their own hokkaido milk gelato in-house instead of having it supplied. This house-made version boasts a sweetness level less cloying, and overall tastes lighter, though this could be a pro or con depending on how rich you want your gelato to taste

Matcha Hojicha Latte / Hojicha Latte ($5.80)
Key Lime Tart ($7.80)

The hojicha latte was rich and had a toasted nuttiness to it. What blew me away was the key lime tart. It was unbelievably good with its luscious custard, which was a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Love the overall tanginess of the tart! 😋😘

One that matcha fanatics should not miss out. I find it super satisfactory especially with flavours so strong, umami, robust and intensely-bitter with distinctive vegetal notes, i dare to say this is the best in Singapore‼️

Caution: I repeat, this is NOT for the faint-hearted (Don’t say i never warn you😂🤣) ⚠️

Deviating from your usual desserts of ice cream and cakes 😊 Part of their plated desserts series , this sweet-savoury combination was quite the delight for my tastebuds, with each mouthful bursting with the complexity of flavours that suprising complemented each other .

Steep pricing at $8.80 (before svc charge) for a scoop, with cone at an additional $0.30. This is definitely not for the faint-hearted, and one that matcha aficionados should not miss out on. Thick and creamy, the gelato boasts notes of matcha so intense and robust the only apr description is "matcha gao gao" . Legit the best matcha gelato you can get in singapore by far.

P.S. their gelatos and softserves are made in-house!

Set on a base of almond sponge is a thick, luscious layer of hazelnut mousse. The nuttiness of the dessert is accentuated by feulletine and cocoa nibs, which added a nice crunch. With each mouthful, it reminded me more and more of ferrero rocher haha 😹Loved how the sweetness level was just right such that though indulgent, is manageable by one 😊 .
