these popsicles come in a variety of flavours: durian, mangosteen, mango($5.50), pineapple, banana, and coconut($4.95). all are generally good, but I like the banana one most - tastes much like banana milk and has a slightly sticky texture to it. 🤤

Apart from their pies, April’s Bakery has recently launched a new ice cream brand, I-Bing. They’ve 6 flavours in total, each shaped according to their flavour - Pineapple, Mango, Durian, Coconut, Mangosteen and a soon-to-launch Dragonfruit. Durian and Mango are at $5.50 each, while the rest are at $4.95 each. Had a taste of Mango, Durian and Mangosteen and I’ve got to say I really enjoyed the Durian and Mangosteen! The former was creamy and rich, exactly like having a durian on a stick, while the Mangosteen although sweet, had a nice touch of sourness which made it rather refreshing! Prices are a little steep, but catch their buy 2 free 1 promo till the end of February!
