Lunch / 28 Feb 2018: did a dessert stop at this new ice-cream pop-up. The brand prided itself, in addition for gimmicky shapes, for true-to-Fruit flavours. It’s true and can’t wait to try other funky flavours like dragonfruit!

Hailing all the way from the land of smiles, I-BING is a premium ice-cream brand that produces flavours made with the freshest fruits from Thailand, including mango, mangosteen, and even the king of fruits, durian!

Each flavour presents itself in the shape of the fruit, so not only does it taste good, but it looks really cute as well. 😆

I got to try the Coconut ($4.95), Mango and Durian ($5.50 each) and I can't deny that they really do taste like the real deal, meaning that anti-durian activists should beware because the smell and taste might be a huge turn off for you. Among the three, my favourite definitely has to be the Coconut because it really reminds me so much of the ones from Bangkok.

for Hosting😎😎😎

So interesting and really tasted authentic. 😍 Although, not that affordable at $4+ to $5+ at this tiny size. HAHA. Worth the experience anyway. 😉

Each has its own distinct flavour that tastes like the actual fruit and is a replicate of the fruit itself.
My favourite is the eye catching mangosteen with its green leaves, reddish purple outer shell and its white fruit having an appetising blend of sweetness and tartness.
🎊There is a pop up booth at Bugis Junction from now till 14 Feb with an ongoing promotion of Buy 2 Get 1 Free and at all April’s Bakery outlets (except Tampines) till end Feb.
