ITS SO WORTH THE WAIT! It's really fresh and so good. Order the hitsumabushi, which gives you different recommended methods to eating it. And while all of which are damn shiok, My favourite is to have it simply with all the garnishes and the sticky mildly spicy unagi sauce.

While the snaking line might be the obvious downside, personally, the real downside is that it's going to be hard for any other unagi dish to meet the same lofty standards.
