Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
A very light, crispy Hong Kong bubble waffle with bits of black truffle peeking out from their hidey holes. Given that it's only HKD$30 (~S$6), don't expect premium stuff. It is, however, fragrant enough for gourmands on a budget.
We came here specifically to try the Black Truffle Eggette (HK$30). Made with Japanese flour, the eggette here is crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside with slight hint of truffle. Quite nice actually~ Worth a try although I still prefer Mammy Pancake's eggette.

雞蛋仔, 經典香港街頭小食。我哋特登來呢度試下黑松露雞蛋仔 (HK$30)。呢度嘅雞蛋仔使用日本麵粉製作，外脆内軟帶少少松露味。真係唔錯~ 值得一試雖然我鍾意媽咪雞蛋仔多D。
