To ensure we serve top quality ice cream burgers, all ice-cream are churned using Hokkaido Fresh Milk and are free of preservatives, artificial colouring and flavouring. Moreover, all burger pastries are freshly prepared from scratch and baked at IceBurg daily in small batches, multiple times a day to ensure that it is as fresh as it can be!

I tried lady grey, mao Shan wang, banana and melon! All were so so good! None of them were too sweet and were of the same smooth consistent texture.

With your choice of cookie, puff or macaroons, each ice cream ‘burger’ comes with your choice of ice cream flavour, with an additional $1 for premium flavours. Featured here is the PUFF with MATCHA ice cream and BROWNIE cookie with LADY GREY ice cream, with both ice cream flavours in the premium range. The lady grey is essentially earl grey that might perhaps appeal to most ladies (as the name suggests) with its lingering floral aroma, a fragrant perfumed scent (and sense)! ✨ On the other hand, the matcha was a tad too sweet for my liking, leaning towards the milky flavour profile and lacking the characteristic earthy notes and bitter undertone that I would have preferred. The brownie cookie is crisp and fudgy, a decadent and luscious chocolatey cookie with a brownie-alike texture. Would have been better if it was served warm instead! As for the puff, it came with a slightly crisp and crumbly top surface crust, along with a soft, pillowy and airy interior, a great pairing with the smooth & creamy ice cream! .

I've been waiting for Ice Burg to open ever since my friend @algietoh shared with me their concept of her ice cream burgers. They wanted to provide a variety of ways in which ice cream can be enjoyed, so they've ice cream burgers where you can mix & match your fav scoop with your pastries of choice, thus creating an array of experiences.

Choose from: matcha, dark chocolate, lady grey (earl grey with lemon, recommended!), mango, passionfruit, strawberry, banana, melon ice cream, and form a burger with:
* Choux puff;
* Macaron; or
* Chewy cookies (4 types to choose from)

All ice cream are made using hokkaido milk, free of preservatives, artificial colouring and flavouring, and their pastries are baked in-house. She spent more than 3 months to R&D the ice cream flavours, before she was finally satisfied with the texture and taste she had created.

For a limited time (for only about a week from now), they are having a 1-for-1 opening promotion.

These sweet burgers are as delicious as they are fun to eat.
