Ichiban Boshi (Marina Bay Link Mall)

This is from their summer menu. It’s the Ten Chirashi Inaniwa Udon and it has chilled Japanese Udon with citrus pepper sauce and mixed tempura. This was truly refreshing on a hot day indeed.

Was so happy to see Genmaicha latte on the menu so I got it and it was pretty fragrant too! The green things are green tea jelly but the flavour isn’t that distinct for those.

Rather mediocre, the skin separated from the tofu so easily I had to eat both separately 😶

This roll had way too much rice. Avocado in each pc was abt the size of my fingernail.

The sunrise that took forever to come.. A sweet sushi that I can eat again and again! :)
