Definitely looks not as tasty as the one on the menu; but the taste is fine. Can’t stop myself from drinking the soup. HALAL by the way.

Ichikokudo Light Rich Ramen - $9.90
Signature soup base, but with reduced oil and slightly less salty. Comes with the nice slices of chicken chashu, flavoured egg with runny yolk. Topped with leek, bamboo shoots and spinach. With that price tag I will be back for more

Not bad noodles. Flavourful soup. ISlightly cheaper than many places :) rice (Char siew) and noodles (original rich) at 21$ w gst.

One word to describe this would be salty. Not a fan of shoyu base soup, so it would be hard for me to actually judge it’s taste. Perhaps all shoyu ramen are meant to be salty but not this level of saltiness I guess ?? Sukiyaki beef was good. But the ramen wasn’t that good. I had strands that was stuck together.

I couldn't tell that this was an all halal ramen with the soup being so rich in flavour. To top it off, the noodles were thin and springy. Only at 10.90 per bowl, this is definitely worth a try!

Me: Erm, I still prefer Tonkotsu for my broth.
Rewind: by the words of Hokkaido and seafood we were drawn into this place, but the anticipation soon turned into disappointment.
The ramen was too soggy to our likings. The broth was too salty and lacked depth in flavour. Thing was, everything on the menu was Halal; and it just didn’t work for us with the chicken broth in this case. The seafood, sorry but they didn’t taste fresh as we would expect them to be.
