and it truly did not disappoint! loved the soup based and the service - the staff actually asked if the soup too salty and he told me that he could change it for me if it was too salty for my liking! superb 💯👍🏼

ordered the signature ichikokudo ramen - light rich ($9.90) and will definitely come back again 🤤

Got the Yuzu Ramen and it was really tasty with a citrus twist! It comes with smoked duck slices and I liked how the pepper in this gave it a slightly spicy kick as well (ramen egg not included) 😋

Definitely a bowl of ramen filled with lots of tomato bites, giving you the taste of sweet broth. The springy Japanese ramen was made with Hokkaido wheat flour. Do note that they added a lot of garlic on it also. $11.90

File this one away for rainy days. Indulge in the Hokkai Clam Ramen ($14.90) for clams, tender chicken chashu and thin, springy ramen noodles bathed in creamy, butter broth. If you're extra hungry, get their Hokkaido Jigoku ramen ($15.90) that comes with a hefty portion of noodles. Consider sharing the juicy Fried Garlic Karaage (from $6.80) that Burppler Sherlyn Chan highly recommends for its perfect crunch without being greasy. Be sure to dunk it in some garlic sauce!

I got the light rich ramen and I liked this a lot more than the duck jigoku ramen I had previously. This is shoyu based and it was fragrant plus the noodles were chewy too!

The broth had a curry flavour to it but it wasn’t spicy enough for my liking (especially since Jigoku means hell). The noodles are thicker and resemble yellow noodles for this one while the noodles for the shoyu broth are thinner. I’m not a fan of the thicker noodles too so maybe I have to come back and try the other broths 😂
