Although this is not an ice cream parlor but an IKEA-like cafe serving semi fast food, the salted caramel ice cream is good. There are bits of macadamia nuts and caramel in the ice cream which I like. The sweetness level is also rational. I didn't try other flavors though so I'm not sure if the overall ice cream standard is there. Salted caramel is definitely worth a try though!

These are freshly prepared upon order and are served piping hot! Biting into it, you will taste really juicy and tender chicken. The marination used for the wings are right on point too! It's tasted like soya chicken with a hint of ginger. But it's too too salty. Only SGD 3 for 2, SGD 8 for 6.

If you are near Jurong East MRT, visit In Out Cafe for some affordable yummy comfort food. The nuggets and fries were fried upon order while the mini cakes were of decent taste and quality. Considering the price, the cappuccino was pretty good too. A large, bright and cheerful ikea-style cafe, it has various types of seats (high tables, sofa seats, bar seats and large tables for big groups) to suit everyone. A great place to rest and chill.

Chanced upon this cafe while shopping at Big Box. The concept is just like Ikea where you order and move down the production line with your food tray trolleys. This place actually has much more variety compared to Ikea and the food is actually quite decent! The salmon was well-cooked and flaky, the lamb stew and beef goulash were not too bad as well. The meat was tender and cooked with onions and shallots for sweetness. I felt that beef goulash had too much carbs (mash potato+bread). All sets ($8.50) comes with a main, salad/soup and dessert. I'm a student so only $6 for a main and salad Yay!! Salad veges were fresh and crunchy but desserts are soso. Refillable drinks at only $1. Worth revisiting for fast and wallet-friendly meals!

In case anyone cry fowl, it's really soba noodles, the likes you get from yakisoba. Stir fried with Japanese grains, add wok hei, pieces of meat, shoyu and topped with pickled ginger. It was enough to make a few heads turn sans the aroma. All this for less than $7! Value for money!

I've been to this cafe before, and that's before they revamped their menu to include Japanese food. I feel this place deserves more footfall though, but why did they copy the name of a famous burger eatery in US... #enishi #sobameshi #inandoutcafe
