From the Burpple community

Menu provided an extensive array of Northern Indian cuisine. We ordered Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter chicken with burrple oneforone deal.

Chicken tikka masala was rich & densely packed with flavour and spices. Butter chicken was aromatic and chicken was tender. Try the garlic naan too! It’s fluffy and the garlic gave it an extra fragrant touch. Best paired w the gravy! Yummy 😋

Will definitely returned for more goodness 👍🏻

Price was $40 for 2 pax.

Aloo Gobi - $12.90
Dal Tadka - $12.90
Tandoori Chicken 2 piece - $9
Garlic Naan 1 piece - $4

This was my lunch today, my first time ordering from Indian Curry House.

FYI: currently there’s 20% off first time orders on their website and 15% off for subsequent orders.

Aloo Gobi - Wish there was more cauliflower. Didn’t quite appreciate the oil smell. Also found it too cheesy for my liking. Definitely have has better versions of this elsewhere. The portion is pretty huge, maybe for 2-4 people. Found this a little off putting.

Dal Tadka - Passable, there’s quite a lot of lentils. But it’s lacking in spices a little. Have had more delicious yelow dal elsewhere. Portion also pretty huge maybe for 2-4 people.

Tandoori Chicken 2 pieces - Nothing really bad to say. It’s not bad. Just a little burnt. Smells good! The smell of the tandoori chicken when I walk past the restaurant was actually what drew me in in the first place.

Garlic Naan: Sadly disappointing. A little oily and rubbery. It looks kind of like a chapati. Not fluffy and crispy and garlicky as it should be! Pretty meh would not order again I think, didn’t really enjoy this.

On the whole, I found the food expensive and the prices not really justified for the taste and quality.

I miss Gayatri, the Indian restaurant near my office! It’s a lot better!

Service was impeccable and food was excellent!

We used the burpple deal to have 1 for 1 for butter chicken and palak paneer as well as ordered a side of naan basket to complete the meal. The food was very delicious - fluffy naan and aromatic curries. There is also 1 for 1 drinks (in house promotion) and the waiter honored both deals.

Highly recommended and will definitely be back :)

My go-to place for Indian food! Have been coming here since 2016 and it doesn’t disappoint. I always order butter chicken when I’m here, as it is rich and savoury, with juicy chicken chunks. The garlic naan is fragrant and is a good vessel for the butter chicken gravy to be slathered on. Tried the aloo gobi this time, and the soft cauliflower & potatoes went well with its gravy, which was tasty and less heavy compared to the butter chicken gravy. The sweet and salty lassi was well balanced! Glad that burpple beyond is offered here :)

When the tandoori cravings strike, satisfy them at this Sixth Avenue joint. Share the generous Chicken Do Pyazza ($17.90) — akin to a less spicy curry chicken — and the Tandoori Chicken Set ($11.90), which sees moist and tender grilled chicken with your choice of naan or basmati rice, a vegetable and a drink.

Was craving tandoori, so we opted for this set as it comes with naan/ basmati rice, a vegetable and a drink. The chicken pieces were smaller than expected but still filling and tender.
