Having croutons to replace mantou and coupling it with
chilli crab is ingenious for me. The piquant flavour of the gravy and the crunchiness of the croutons is absolutely stimulating to the palate. The fresh jumbo prawns and hokkaido scallops are just screaming of freshness as you indulge in them. The Salmom & Rye Roll is a tad too ordinary though and its completely outshoned by its illustrious neighbours.
