My fav has got to be the spinach and cheese pide - it’s like pizza but better. And the spinach and cheese combination is just wowz. Good for sharing too!

Meat platter is huge, portion is enough for 3. Well seasoned and nicely cooked.

Manti is a Turkish dish of small dumplings with meat fillings, topped with yoghurt and sauce. Slightly bland and flat on flavour. Vegetable moussaka was filled with pumpkin, zucchini and eggplant roasted with cheese topping and served with Pita bread. Tasted good with more flavour depth. The service was good and speedy, the decor is functional and middle eastern. We also order the Turkish apple tea which was a black tea that was slightly sour. The owner was nice in offering the 1-for-1 even though my app couldn’t load. Poor StarHub Internet data connection in the restaurant.

We had the hummus, sigara borek, Adana Lamb kebab, izgara kofte.

The color of the hummus was a little red/pink, which was not something we were use to, but it tasted the same as regular beige/yellow hummus.

Sigara borek, supposedly filo pastry with spinach and feta cheese, but the fill pastry tasted more like popiah skin. Not sure if it’s really filo as it’s more crispy than flaky.

Adana Lamb kebab (minced meat on skewers) and the izgara kofte (meat patties) were really good! They had the right amount of fat and char in the meat.

Service in the restaurant was great. Food came really quick, and they were really friendly.

The lamb and chicken dishes with chef recommendations were tasty, but portion size not super big. Enough for a lady but not quite for a man.

The eggplant sauce was smokey and flavourful and well-combined with the spices from the roasted lamb. Hummus is nothing special but still not bad nevertheless

Ali Nazik ($22.90 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond): Now this is an interesting dish. The eggplant yogurt mixture and the char grilled chicken are incredibly smoky, and paired with the bread just made it a whole lot nicer. The Adana Lamb Kebabs ($24 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) were abit too dry, but the Sucuk and Eggs Pide ($22.90 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) won our hearts as it was beautifully stuffed with cheese and the dough was so soft 😍
