Occupying the third floor of 100AM, Itadakimasu by Parco features seven different concepts — you can try one everyday for a week! These include known chains like Ramen Keisuke Tori King, Yakiniku Heijoen and Saboten, as well as new concepts brought in from Japan like Numazu Uogashizushi, Nadai Fujisoba Ni Hachi and Shabu Shabu Gyu Jin. For a quick lunch meal, pop by Nadai Fujisoba Ni Hachi and be blown away by their seriously delicious soba. We love the humble Kitsune Soba ($12) — freshly made soba noodles swimming in a light dashi and yuzu broth, topped with a large slice of tasty tofu and sprinkled with garnishes. It's comforting and easy to slurp up within minutes, perfect if you're rushing for time.

Their lunch sets are pretty value for money (with really fresh sashimi). In the foreground, their Mizore Don ($18) was sadly lacking in flavour. I would definitely recommend the Nigiri Sushi Set ($20) in the background for thicker longer slices of an assortment of sashimi.

Wah this tofu was SO GOOD. The broth made from dashi and yuzu, so light and yummy and I can't wait to come back to try the cold version of this. Must try!

At Ni-Hachi in Itadakimasu, soba is what you come for. But, this Sukiyaki Don ($15) was super!! Super flavorful, tender beef slices and a runny egg. Would come back and share this and a Kitsune Soba!

Sum of the parts = the whole and nothing more. This came with a bowl(bucket) of sushi rice on the side. Fun fact: You have free flow sushi rice apparently. The fuss-free concept reflected in the food. Nothing to pick, nor shout at. Good as a lighter choice for lunch. This is part of Itadakimasu by Parco, which unites 7 eateries each specialising in different parts of Japanese cuisine (think soba/ramen/shabu shabu etc). Now that Chicken Nanban, which the other table ordered might be a different story...#yayoisg #itadakimasu #itadakimasubyparco #herpenandfork #sgblogger #sgfoodie #8dayseat #burpple #vscofood #openricesg #cafehoppingsg #instafood #instafood_sg #onthetable #stfoodtrending #japanesefood #tanjongpagar #100am #omaze
