Seamless and friendly staff for WhatsApp ordering, food came on time after ordering 1h in advanced on a Saturday evening. Food are warm and wine recommendation is good! Totally recommend to order the ribeye 👍🏻

This is THE BOMB. Honestly, it’s a simple dish - truffle mushroom spread and melty oozy cheese sandwiches by 2 layers of crispy thin schiaciatta bread. But no kidding, it still blew my mind away! While the schiaciattas I had in Italy were usually filled with more ingredients like parma ham, sundried tomatoes or rocket leaves, this simple combination just seemed to work perfectly.

I’ll come back JUST for this and their porchetta. But disclaimer la hor, I’m a major bread lover haha.

First came here 3 years ago... and I’m like how did I wait so long to return?? This was still as yummy as I remember it to be with its crispy, crackling pork skin, a thick layer of fatty meat just beneath the skin and finally, tender lean meat. I prefer this over the chinese siobak because of the fennel and mustard combination that helps to cut the porky taste of meat. And for $9 for a small portion, this was really not that small at all!!! 100% recommend, must get 👍🏼

Came here right before the CB started and the manager who spoke to us told us how he’d miss the restaurant being bustling and lively. Am looking forward to return once we fight this covid!!!

Crispy golden seafood ($12)
Burrata, parma ham, rucola ($19). Located near Hillview MRT, iO Italian Osteria is known for its authentic Italian food and cozy atmosphere. Surrounded by ambient shelves of aged wine and geared with copper utensils, you dine on wooden tables and heavy clay plates. And the food? Stunning. |

The few times I've been here, I've managed to try a few of their dishes and was never disappointed. The fried seafood (pictured) had a thin layer of batter and fresh seafood within. As for the burrata, it's milky mildness blended well with the salty parma ham. I recommend their assorted pizza ($9-29) and lasagna "grandma" style ($18) as well. |

What you definitely cannot miss out on is their pistachio tiramisu ($14)! The rounded taste of the pistachio leaves such a heavenly aftertaste in your mouth. I don't care how full you are after all that Italian fare -- make room for dessert! |

Come here for celebrations or just to drown yourself in comfort food. ®️: 9/10

Fantastic truffle pasta

Also, one of the best hot choc I’ve tasted!

At just $2++, this would probably be one of the cheapest scone you can find. I would get this anytime if not for the fact that there’re other kinds dried fruits in addition to dried cranberry bits 😟 I’m not a fan of dried fruits (except for dried fruit berries ..) The unpleasant additions aside, I especially love the crusty edges and underside of this scone!
