My favourite place to get my potato fix! My friends love them too! If you happen to be in the north area, can give this a try! :-) p/s: or use food panda HAHAHA

Made a long journey here, attracted by images of the rosti and their mushroom sauce and the promise of hawker-like prices. Was not disappointed!

Big portion of rosti charred perfectly on the outside (but admittedly, not particularly well cooked on the inside - but it's really difficult to balance both factors) with delicious brown mushroom sauce and an extra-tangy, extra-interesting sour cream which I suspect they add lemon juice to. Bonus points for the fact that they serve the mushroom sauce even if you order just the sausage sets!

Chicken chop ($8.20 with Rosti) was average in all departments; acceptable taste, texture, portion without being anything to shout about nor criticise. Instead, plan for a light brunch and go for the sausage sets ($7.20) which come with a beautiful sunny-side up egg instead.

Wide enough variety of options for which meat you can choose with the rosti set, and respectable prices. Would come more often, if only it were more convenient for me.

A cuisine I associate it with big portion and slightly sinful. Ivan's Carbina pork chop is quite a big portion and at an affordable price!

Situated in a quiet corner of Woodlands, it is actually quite near to the MRT station. Just a 10 mins walk!

The pork chop ($6.50) complements well with the mushroom sauce & the tomato base spaghetti. You get to choose between 3 spaghetti bases: Cream, tomato & mushroom. The mushroom soup is really good also and it's only $1.50!

PS: This stall is famous for its Rosti. It's so hard to find Rosti in Singapore (other than Marche) & I quite like it! Will post when I go back again~ πŸ˜‹

Thought i would go eat this one last time since i'm gonna be leaving my workplace at Woodlands and chances are low of me returning to eat this. I discovered this store through the burpple app and saw that they sell Rosti. TBH, i have never saw other western food store at coffee shop or hawker center selling this other than Marche. You have a choice to pair it with a main dish like chicken chop or sausages. They also sell a variety of other food items like the usual pastas, chicken cutlets, fries, etc. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
The sauces provided isn't a lot though but the rosti is really good. As you can see from the pictures, the exterior is crispy but not overly charred and the potatoes are quite soft inside. Very yummy! Do check it out if you're in woodlands or looking to try something new for lunch if you work in woodlands.

A rare find in this neighbourhood coffee shop, Ivan’s Carbina stands up among other western food stalls nearby with their roesti. You can combine with any main dish for $8.20 or sausage for $7.20.

Never see western food stores sell rosti before leh! I never really eat rosti that often so idk what's good but this one is crispy outside and soft inside. There's a choice of garlic or cheese sausage. Guess which on I chose?! The cheese spurt out when I bite into it. There's also 2 sauce choices, sour cream and mushroom. Yum yum yum. 😍😍
