Basic flavours: 5pcs @ $2.50
We got 2 x peanut, 2 x coconut and 1 x gula melaka. The peanut one somehow has got thicker flour layer and not too much filling, while the coconut one is better balanced. The gula melaka is just putting the whole block of cane sugar inside and can be quite gao.

We got 2 extra flavours that are in the category of 5pcs $3.50 and because we don't need separate packaging so they were being charged at $0.70 per piece.
They were the nutella and lotus biscoff flavours and they're not bad.

I guess with tutu kueh there's really nothing much to innovate other than to change the filling and they do have quite a lot of variety to choose from.

Came here for their Tutu Kueh after hearing about their extensive menu.

Had the classic flavour of coconut, peanut & kaya ($3) and the special flavour of Nutella, lotus biscoff, kit kat, dragonfruit and Bolognese Sausage ($3.50).

Coconut and Kaya was not bad. Peanut was quite dry. Nutella & lotus biscoff are familiar spread which hard to go wrong. Kit kat I feel that they should have crushed it so that flavour can be evenly distributed instead of leaving one whole bar. I can't taste the dragonfruit flavour at all. Bolognese Sausage is alright but weird in a tutu Kueh.

Muah Chee we bought the matcha and classic peanut. Peanut is the traditional taste and can't go wrong. Matcha I would say is a good attempt but don't really like it.

Overall, I wouldn't come all the way here just for it much less 45mins during the hype.

Take note that if you mix the flavours categories, you’ll be charged the highest price.

Brought my friend here to try their Tu Tu Kueh as they have many interesting flavours such as durian, Nutella, Bolognese, mentaiko etc...

Different filings have different price. The classic flavours like peanut, coconut etc.. is 5 for $3. Their weekly filings are 5 for $3.50 and their premium filings is 5 for $4.50. You can mix and match the flavours.

I got their Chili Crab, Mentaiko and Durian (which are the premium filings).

Chili crab was not bad it even had chunks of meat but could be more stronger in terms of taste. They should have made it sweeter, spicier and saltier.

Mentaiko comes in a light pink shade. Really good. Salty and umami-ish.

Durian. The aunty advised us to eat it once it was cooled, about 10 minutes so we waited. The smell of the durian was really promising, unfortunately it did not deliver in terms of taste. The durian taste just lacked flavour and pungent-ness.

Now on to the Tu Tu Kueh itself. Honestly because of how badly it was made it affected the overall taste. The Kueh wasn't sweet, was dry and broke quite easily as well. If they change the tu Tu Kueh itself I'm sure it would have tasted better.

Overall the worst Tu Tu Kueh that I have eaten, the mentaiko filing was the only saving grace. Would only come back if they change their Tu Tu Kueh recipe.

So I tabao 1 set of durian tutu and 1set of mixed ( can choose from coconut, kaya, peanut, gula melaka, chocolate, rainbow, red bean), and the mixed mochi.
I not dare to try their extreme flavour like aloe Vera and chicken teriyaki (too bold for me).

Verdict the tutu is dry and hard, the filling some have quite generous some no.
The mochi very wet and not coated all properly.
Is it worth to queue this for 45 minutes? No, hehe..

💰$4.5 for tutu durian.
💰$3.5 for mixed tutu.
💰$3.5 for mixed mochi.

Kueh Tu Tu (S$3/ 5pcs)
Coconut, Peanut, Gula Melaka, Red Bean, Kaya
Made upon order.
The staff reminded me about why she put the Kaya one at the bottom ‘cos it broke up easily. Mom felt that it would be better had been cooked slightly longer abit.

There’s a wide range of flavours for the kueh tu tu, from classic coconut to rainbow 🌈 to longan to savoury mentaiko.

Mixed Muah Chee (S$3.50)
Peanut, Black Sesame, Matcha
Served pipping hot. Kind of tough when cold. Only the peanut version fared ok. The matcha version was too lacking of flavour and sweetness.
