Unfortunately, I could not adequately appreciate this pasta dish. It was difficult to make out the flavour of the sauce albeit looking rich and thick. It tasted rather flat - a thick consistency of tomato, and it did not even taste tangy. Meant to be garlicky, I was given a little box of garlic bits at the side. But even after mixing it, it did not complement the dish nor seem to elevate its flavour. The garlic flavour (which I believe I would have appreciated) was undermined by the overwhelming basic tomato flavour. I must applaud the generosity of fresh prawns - 6! As well as the pasta in general. They weren’t skimpy with the homemade linguine, which I appreciated. However, it might be the case of takeaway food, the linguine was a tad too thick to my liking, and may have been exacerbated by unavoidable sogginess in the takeaway box. While I am glad I tried it, I would be going for other options on their menu next time.

Takeaway food calls for even more horrible food photography skills🤣 but the taste of this bolognese makes up for it. I adored the handmade tagliatelle for its texture, albeit being on the thicker side. The overall flavour of the sauce was balanced - tangy yet savoury with generous chunks of pork and beef. The thickness and consistency of the sauce still allowed the pasta to maintain its slurpy goodness. While on the pricier side, I am still surprised that an Italian restaurant would give such a generous portion for their pastas.

Pop over to celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's restaurant in Forum Shopping Mall for a meal that will satisfy all. They are known for their crusty pizzas and wholesome pastas so why not share the scrumptious Funghi Pizza ($23.50) topped with roasted mushrooms, smoked mozzarella, charred onion and thyme, and the popular garlicky Our Famous Prawn Linguine ($26.50). Order the spot-on Creamy Panna Cotta ($11) for dessert.

This place is fantastic to impress your date. It has the Perfect location and great patio seating. The brand name of Jamie also helps.

The staff is clueless and very confused. They did not add anything to the experience.

Burger is amazingly juicy and super portion size. It's huge to be honest. I am a big water and even I was moved by the size.

Too expensive though, thats why I took away a star. Otherwise a nice place if you have about $150 to spare

Tiramisu was very expensive and was only a small portion size. Taste was ordinary, nothing I would expect from a true Italian food place. I was extremely disappointed With it. Rest of the food was nice, which is for another review.

Hit and miss for me.

I had high expectations coming in here because of the name. The food did not disappoint.

Extremely tasty “Italian nachos” which was cheese that was crispy on the outside and topped with even more cheese and came with this tasty chilli like sauce. Extremely good.

Had two pastas for sharing - the octopus ravioli and the prawn linguine. Both were top notch, although the linguine could have been a little too thick.

Lava cake dessert was icing on the top. Perfect molten centre and great ice cream with pistachio nuts.
