Pretty happy with our pick; the mentaiko pizza isn’t too salty and had a good amount of squid and prawns strewn about. If you ask me, cheese and mentaiko is always a killer combo! Don’t bother with the truffle and mushroom pasta though, it was kinda tasteless.
Full of mushrooms and the aroma of truffle. Nt bad if u wan to go for a lighter taste.
However, this shld be share as it might get kind of bland after a few slices
Delicious! Although it looks big, the crust is very thin and can be finish by one person.
Fresh shrimps and squid plus mentaiko! Very savoury and refreshing. Not too overpowering.
Fav!
Mentaiko Pasta 🍝 (S$14)
Available at @JapanGourmetHallSora in @ChangiAirport Terminal 2, Level 3.
Like that the pasta 🍝 was evenly coated with the sauce, although it was slightly more on the dry side.
Interesting marche style place with a kid corner with Japanese anime on the screen.

Housed in Sora, Changi Airport’s Japanese concept gourmet hall, Japoli makes a decent stop for pizzas (and if you must, pastas).
The hand-pulled dough has a bread-ier texture than we would’ve liked, but was still thin and crisp enough to leave the focus to its toppings. The touch of truffle (probably from oil) is a no-brainer with mushrooms!
The Mentaiko Pizza (S$15.00) is made of imported fresh pizza dough, as Japoli Kitchen believes strongly in using the best ingredients in making their pizza and pasta. Bread lovers will definitely swear by the deliciousness of the pizza that makes it difficult to say no to good dough.
But that’s not all! Other than having Mentaiko on the pizza itself, there is also a noticeable portion of squid and prawns on the pizza, not to mention the mozzarella cheese, Nori and spring onions. I just love my 8 inch pizza done this way, without leaving too much of saltiness that most Mentaiko sauces do.
