Helmed by Bar Programme Director, Aki Eguchi, the two-time winner of Diageo Reserve World Class Singapore, the cocktail bar has upped the ante by reshaping age-old recipes into modern classics with its use of premium ingredients and high standard of international bartending techniques, adopting the best practices from Europe, Asia (such as Japan) and America.

2020 Asia’s best 50 bar, #1

What more can I say? Nothing but impressive cocktail concoctions with Asian-influenced ingredients that comes (shakes) so well together.

A tad expensive at $25++/drink.
So come for the Happy Hour, drinks are at $16++! Tho limited selection but good start to conquering all the others when the pay check comes in πŸ˜‚

Their guide to smart adulthood includes supporting individuals to build their financial foundation by learning, planning and doing. All the seriousness aside, they want these young professionals to embrace their inner fun side which led to the #TGIFRANK challenge. Even though we are all bounded by the circuit breaker measures and social distancing policies, that doesn’t mean we cannot celebrate TGIF and FRANK by OCBC is here to make that happen whereby you can get to win free drinks for you and your friends when you participate in this social media challenge. If you are the lucky selected few, you can end up spending a great TGIF with your colleagues or friends via a virtual gathering of food and drinks, delivered right from one of the 10 local restaurants/bars that FRANK by OCBC has partnered with for this challenge.

To participate, all you have to do is three simple steps

Just great atmosphere, service and drinks. Surprisingly don't have much to say (usually long-winded AF), but this an amazingly smooth and enjoyable whisky sour β€” good deal f or happy hour.

I guess with such awesome cocktails having delectable bar bites is not surprisingly. Interesting but delicious combination of cream cheese with daikon.

I've stopped drinking alcohol for some time while I'm trying to normalise my diet, and I'm badly craving for it now! I need some sakes and cocktails...

While having drinks here one evening with a few friends from F&B industry, the server came by and dropped us this complimentary dish. It was then that I realised Jigger and Pony actually has a lean food menu that serves simple food executed very well. This is a tartare made from sweet heirloom tomatoes, served on a bed of milky burrata, spiced lightly by yuzu kosho. Simple but delicious!
